About JTHTL
The Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law (JTHTL) (ISSN 1543-8899) was a student-edited journal published from 2002-2013. Current and most older volumes contain two issues (winter and summer); Volume 5 contained three issues and Volumes 1 and 2 each contained one.
The JTHTL is now the Colorado Technology Law Journal (CTLJ). For information on current subscriptions or requesting a previous edition, please visit the CTLJ subscriptions page.
